On April 24, 2023 the Abrest International Limited (UAE) and the HASABAT (Turkmenistan) signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The memorandum aims to exchange information, knowledge, expertise and studies in the field of energy and to provide consultancy, engineering, procurement and commissioning services in the energy sector in Turkmenistan. In the first stage of cooperation the companies will provide services of power evacuation and grid impact study for renewable energy projects in Turkmenistan.
